An author who has published picture books on topics as diverse as self-esteem, fatherhood, language and cultural diversity, mental health, family relationships, immigration, the concept of normal vs. weird, and much more? I am an Iowa-based author and I have a preference for virtual visits. However, if the right opportunity appears, I am also open to traveling and presenting in person at your school.

As part of my presentation/author visit requirements, schools must provide a per-diem (to be discussed), purchase at least 200 copies of the book of interest – exact number will depend on the specifics of the engagement – and cover travel expenses in case of an in-person school visit.
